1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, including web and app development, our work involves extensive time, resources, and custom strategy. As such, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

2. Deposit & Initial Payment

Any initial deposits or kickoff fees are generally non-refundable once the project strategy, design, or development phase has commenced, as these cover the initial resource allocation and planning.

3. Cancellation During Project

If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, any work completed up to that point will be billed at our standard hourly rate, or based on the milestones achieved. Refunds for unused portions of milestone payments may be issued at our sole discretion.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as failure to deliver the agreed-upon initial deliverables without cause. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
